The Griswold ~ Capitol Park will host an initial offering for its 80 condominiums on March 31. The development will consist of six stories built atop the 11-story parking garage being constructed just east of the Book-Cadillac on Michigan Ave.
Regular pricing for the units is set at $235,000 for 1-bedroom units, $295,000 for 2-bedrooms and $495,000 for penthouses. Incentives will be offered at the event: a $10,000 reduction in price for 1- and 2-bedroom units and a $25,000 reduction for penthouses. A 2.5% deposit will be required to reserve a unit.
