The Carlton

The Carlton development project will convert the Carlton Hotel building into 49 luxury, for-sale condominiums. Located in one of Detroit's oldest neighborhoods, The Carlton, a former hotel, was built in 1923 by the Detroit architect Louis Kamper. The front facade still features its original details and units feature rooftop decks, custom kitchens, open floor plans, exercise facility, private balconies, and more. The Carlton Lofts are in an area designated as a Neighborhood Enterprise Zone (NEZ), which provides for substantially lower property tax liabilities.
