Forest Arms Apartment Building
A fire destroyed the roof and caused interior damage to the Forest Arms building in 2008, but that hasn't stopped the Midtown community from saving it from the wrecking ball. Currently owners are raising funds to complete the renovation which will include 74 rental units as well as ground floor retail space. They have received approval for state and historic tax credits.
