The Grinnell Place Lofts project redeveloped the former Grinnell Brothers Piano Factory building into 38 for-sale condominium units. The development provides a total of 58 parking spaces; 40 spaces will be located within the building in a first floor garage. Units include one-bedroom, 800-square-feet spaces and three-bedroom, 2,000-square-feet, bi-level units. The 65,262-gross-square-foot, four-story building is located in a Neighborhood Enterprise Zone.
