The so-called "Z" development, which zig-zags from the corner of Broadway and East Grand River to the corner of Library and Gratiot, is a 535,000-square-foot mixed-use commercial building featuring 33,000 square feet of street-level retail space and 1,287 parking spaces. This Bedrock Real Estate development will also feature original art installations and murals from artists all over the country. Construction is underway and on schedule for completion by December 2013.
