Beyond Rustbelt Detroit, there's a city of sleek glass and steel facades rising. Old buildings are getting new life all over town, but in just the last few years, new buildings have also emerged, adding sleek modern lines and innovative architecture to the cityscape, from the new YMCA to the new Rennaissance High.
