Model D's Speaker Series asks: Where is the entrepreneurial opportunity in Detroit?

The September 15 event will be held with
Open City from 6-8:30 p.m. at
Cliff Bell's, 2030 Park Ave. in Detroit. Open City is a forum for aspiring and current business owners to
exchange ideas and information about doing business in the city.
Speakers will talk about entrepreneurial opportunities in the city of Detroit. There will also be time to network and share business ideas.
Speakers will include:
- Randal Charlton, executive director of TechTown;
- Olga Stella, vice president of business development for the Detroit Economic Growth Corp.;
- Mary King, manager of the Detroit Investment Fund's Urban Retail Loan Fund.

Henry Ford Health Systems, Wayne State University and the Detroit Medical Center.
