Design 99, a Hamtramck-based business that combines retailing with
design consultation, is hosting what it calls a Winter Extravaganza
this Saturday, Dec. 15, 6-9 p.m. The shop sells custom lights, furniture and
ubercoolische items like the FM Buddha Machine, a portable ambient soundbox that is small enough to fit in your pocket.
