Twitter, then surely you know that at the annual Downtown Detroit Partnership, May Dave Bing said that the M-1 Rail line was a go and should be "shovel ready" by the end of 2010.
That's great news for Detroit and Detroiters. Let's keep our fingers crossed that it'll actually happen then. However, if the words of the mayor aren't enough, check out the
