According to the story:
The MGM Grand Detroit Casino plans to $765 million on a 17-floor
facility that would create 1,000 jobs -- $190 million more than
expected.
MGM Grand spokesman Bob Berg said the permanent facility, featuring a hotel, restaurants and stores.
