OSLO, which took over the first floor and lower level of the 100-year-old Rose Jewelers building, is now a hip Japaneese restaurant Downtown that serves fresh sushi, sashimi, nigiri and tempura  The dining room and bar is located on the main level and is open 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Tuesday through Friday.  Also, located in the lower level is a full bar and dance floor that has extended hours and is open all week.
