The Chap Lofts are in a tough location. They lie east of New Center, about half-dozen blocks. There isn't much around them in terms of amenities. And, as of right now (May, 2008) only a few units have been sold. The price, for the location, and the view, is too high. The spaces are large, but most windows are frosted taking away the view.

Units run one to three bedrooms. Most of the units are finished, except for the exposed bricks. Not too raw, except maybe for its location.
