Detroit Threads

I thought I was going to pass out.

I walked into Detroit Threads the other day and there they were:  The Ruby Slippers.  Sparkling glittery red pumps, the kind Dorothy wore in the Wizard of Oz.  The shoes I had dreamt of and longed for as a little girl!  I tried them on and for a moment I was in heaven.

(Until I realized red glitter isn’t really my style anymore.)

But not to worry, Detroit Threads is packed full of amazing treasures and I found plenty of other tantalizing items that are very much my style now.  From vintage handbags, to old comic books, an amazing collection of records, incense, a vast selection of retro clothing, sunglasses, jewelry, hats, Detroit tees, and much more.

Oh, there’s so much more.

Detroit Threads is definitely worth stopping by for a visit, or several visits.  You just might find that special something that you’ve been dreaming of for years…
