plans to grow its downtown Detroit office to 500 people within the first five years. has been hiring about 5-20 people per month, and expects to maintain that clip for the foreseeable future. "Right now our biggest limitation is availability of resources," says Ryan Hoyle, director of global recruiting for GalaxE. Solutions.
To help fill that resource hole, GalaxE. Solutions plans to continue to mine for talent from the Michigan Works! program. It also plans to launch an internship program later this year.
