Model D TV: FD Lofts
The FD Lofts at Eastern Market are housed in the Detroit Fire Department’s former repair shop. The units are close to shopping and dining options in the market and within minutes of downtown, Wayne State University and Detroit’s Cultural Center.
The FD Lofts at Detroit’s Eastern Market are housed in a National Register Historic Building at the corner of Russell and Erskine streets. The building once contained the Detroit Fire Department’s Repair Shop. These reconditioned living spaces have been designed and constructed keeping the building’s century-old industrial character intact.
