Model D TV: Green Ideas for Detroit
Greener. More walkable. Better riverfront access. Model D TV talks to experts who’ve got big ideas for building a better Detroit — like removing barriers and reconnecting the people to the water, and putting them
back on foot.
Transportation engineers and other experts recently presented their ideas to a group brought together by the Community Foundation for Southeast Michigan. Model D TV video producer/director Tom Hendrickson was there to capture it (with music provided by the lovely and talented Zoos of Berlin).
The exercise was meant to be an educational program to provide attendees concepts and ideas of what’s being done in other cities around the country, and get them thinking about what can be done in Detroit.
