Offices are filling up in the lower Woodward corridor. Companies like Compuware, Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, Quicken Loans and Blue Cross Blue Shield are expanding workforces in buildings around Campus Martius, Comerica Park, Greektown, Bricktown and the riverfront, bringing walkable vitality and density to downtown Detroit. Not to mention more business to restaurants and bars in the city’s main commercial district.
