The 13-story Chamber of Commerce building, also known as the Detroit Savings Bank building, is being renovated into 56 residential apartments with about 51,000 square feet of commercial office space on the first floor. This $37 million renovation project at 1212 Griswold is part of the massive investments and improvements being made in downtown's Capitol Park district.
