Newberry Hall
Newberry Hall was formerly a home for nurses built in 1898. Recent renovations have created 28 apartment rental units ranging from 700-900 sq.ft. all with unique layouts. Developer Zachary and Associates have implemented a multitude of green features throughout the building, including geothermal heat, energy star appliances, blown-in insulation, an ultra-energy-efficient elevator and sky lights.
