The Neighborhood Service Organization (NSO) has completed a $52 million renovation of the 255,000-square-foot 1929 building for their new headquarters along with 155 low-income housing units for their clients. The organization serves the chronically homeless. The NSO Bell Building provides permanent housing as well as on-site support services.
