Model D TV: Eero Saarinen at Cranbrook

From our sister publication, metromode, comes a celebration of locally grown innovation: the Eero Saarinen exhibit at the Cranbrook Art Museum.

Want to celebrate Detroit-bred creativity and innovation? Then take some time to explore the influential work of celebrated architect Saarinen, whose works include the TWA Terminal at JFK Airport, Warren's GM Tech Center, the eponymous tulip chair and the Gateway Arch in St. Louis.

A national touring exhibit of Eero Saarinen's work made its North American debut at the Cranbrook Art Museum recently, and metromode's Tom Hendrickson was there.
