Model D TV heads to the new Studio One Apartments on Woodward in Midtown.
The project is a joint effort by Grand Rapids-based Prime Development and Wayne State University. The new construction apartments on Woodward across from MOCAD will have 124 units ranging in size from 650 to 1,000 square feet and in price from $870 to $1,395 per month.
