Unveiled Tuesday to Southeast Michigan community leaders, Detroit Data Partnership, a new Web-based community database will begin offering free statistics and data on its public database.
"The Web site compiles data from the organizations — including MEAP scores, public-transportation demographics, after-school programming statistics and other census data — free for public viewing," reports Crain's Detroit, and "the nearly $465,000 partnership is funded by the Detroit-based Skillman Foundation and a federal appropriation."
