Willys Overland Lofts

This 1912 building was renovated into 75 units ranging from 600- to 3,000-square-feet with over 30 unique floor plans. Sixty units are in the original structure; 15 are two-story penthouse units in a rooftop addition. Most units have outdoor access via either a fenced-in lawn area on the ground floor, a balcony, or a rooftop patio in the case of the penthouses. Additionally, there are new stainless steel passenger and freight elevators. Located within a Neighborhood Enterprise Zone.
