Featuring an enclosed outdoor dining area surrounded by a three-sided, thick pine wall made of angular lines and an interior constructed with recycled wood from the original site, almost every component of the restaurant has been custom-built by hand -- from the wood-paneled walls to copper light fixtures to the huge wrap-around center bar.
