Woodward Gardens Project
The Woodward Garden Block Development is a four-phase project that is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2013 after more than a decade of planning. The completed project will include the 32,505-square-foot Woodward Garden Theatre and adjacent housing and commercial developments, including a parking garage, the renovation of the Blue Moon Building for office and retail use, and a new construction five-story apartment building with 52 units that will be rented at market to high market rates.
