The Iodent Building developer took an old toothpaste factory behind the Fox Theatre and built out beautiful loft apartments, and of course the gorgeous Centaur. The place gets points for location and design. Check it out in this video clip.
If you are a real estate development geek, like we are, then you get excited about things like tricked out apartments with cool rain showers and cabinets that pull down. You get even more excited when they are in a building right in Foxtown that once was a toothpaste factory.
