You’ll feel right at home in the Grandmont and Rosedale Park neighborhoods in northwest Detroit. Here you’ll find charming brick homes, tree-lined streets and a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
The Grandmont Rosedale Communities are made up of five distinctive neighborhoods, each special in its own way. North Rosedale Park, Rosedale Park, Grandmont, Grandmont #1 and Minock Park are each among the finest residential communities in the city. First developed in the 1920s, these neighborhoods have custom-built homes in a variety of styles including Tudor, colonial, bungalow, and arts and crafts. Many streets feature landscaped boulevards and distinctive brick entry gates. Hour Detroit magazine called the North Rosedale Park Home and Garden Tour one of the “101 Things Every Detroiter Must Do.”
The community is conveniently situated in northwest Detroit with easy access to all of the area’s cultural, recreational and entertainment resources. We are just a short drive from downtown Detroit, or the suburbs of Oakland and western Wayne County. Even Ann Arbor is a comfortable commute.
