The Greektown Lofts, above Niki's Pizza have been around for a while, and it shows. Greektown has grown up around Niki's and the Greektown lofts. And, with its development, the views of the lofts have practically disappeared. The units are large, with high ceilings and exposed brick. Each unit has it's own little character - built in loft beds or shelves and uniquely painted walls - which make the spaces very attractive. However, some of the windows don't open, and if they do, the air doesn't really circulate. You'll need to invest in fans or a window air-conditioner for the summer and a heater of some type for the winter.
The Greektown Lofts are a block away from Trapper's Alley, which would satiate any night life cravings you'd may have.
Minus the view and temperature issues, the Greektown Lofts have a lot of character and are in a good location. Parking is an issue - considering that there isn't any. But the current residences have figured out what to do, so, give them a knock.
