Basic construction on the
Nine on Third Townlofts has been completed, so Grand Opening events for the development will be held on May 17 from 11 a.m. - 6 p.m. and on May 20 from 1 - 4 p.m. The development is, as would be expected from its name, a nine-unit "townloft" development located on Third Street.
Each of the 1,100-square foot condos is available for $199,000 and features an open-plan first floor. There is a master bedroom on the second floor, as well as a second one that can easily be converted to a studio. The condos include 1-1/2 car attached garages. Margaret Palmer from Renaissance Investments, who is representing the project, says that units can be occupied within 30 days.
The project is located adjacent to historic W. Canfield Street in Midtown. "That location there is really key," Palmer says.
The development team, which includes general contractor Shaheen Enterprises and architects
Archive DS, will pre-pay a two-year lease on a car for the first buyer at Nine on Third. "That's our hook!" says Palmer. She can be reached at 313-831-0523.
