Chris Ferchill, project manager with Cleveland-based Ferchill Group, gives Model D TV viewers an inside tour of the restoration work going on at the Westin Book Cadillac.
In addition to 67 condo units on floors 24-29, Ferchill Group is bringing in a a 4-star Westin Hotel and ground floor retail to the historic hotel building. The one- and two-bedroom condo units start at $280,000 and top out at $1.5 million for one of the six penthouses.
