Rosedale Park

The Rosedale Park neighborhood is also bordered by two beautiful city parks, Flintstone Park and Stoepel Park. Residents of Rosedale Park are represented by the Rosedale Park Improvement Association (RPIA).

RPIA is governed by an elected Board of Directors and holds regular monthly meetings (except July and August). RPIA publishes the Rosedale Park News monthly, which is distributed by mail to all dues-paying members of the association.

RPIA sponsors a number of annual activities for residents, including an Easter Egg Hunt at Stoepel Park, the June Day Parade/Picnic, an Annual Banquet, a Golf Outing, an annual 30-Block Yard Sale and an Annual Children’s Holiday Festival in early December.

RPIA also contracts for street snow plowing, maintains the brick walls at the entrances to the neighborhood, and replaces trees throughout the neighborhood, as well as providing leadership on neighborhood issues/conflicts and pressuring various City departments for needed improvements such as street paving, lighting, police presence, signage and zoning enforcement.
